Dear Parents,

GREETINGS:

On behalf of EMIS Family, I wish all stake holders happy New Year and welcome to Term 2 of 2019/2020 Academic Session. We have resumed and commenced running with the plans for this term with available students.  Remember, that the termly continuous assessments; termly examinations and the certificate examinations will be written for Junior and Senior Secondary students. Please ensure your child stays focused with no distracting issues. On our part, we shall continue to ensure conducive environment is provided for effective learning.

What usually cause distractions are: Lack of text books; nonpayment of fees; noncompliance with recommended wears and disobeying rules and regulations.

 I announce with joy and God’s favour that our dear school clocks 20 years in 2020! With this we have come of age and our behaviour shall reflect in our policy implementations.

RECOMMENDED TEXT BOOKS:

We appeal to parents to make recommended books available to their children for effective learning and subsequent good success in the examinations as stated above.

SCHOOL WEARS AND WARM CLOTHING:

Recommended school wears only should be seen on students, otherwise, the wears will be seized. Remember to ensure the school cardigan is worn on your child as extreme cold harmattan weather is currently on.

JAMB/WAEC/NECO CLASSES/CBT:

These classes continue for Final year examinations candidates (external examinations) from 3:30pm – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday every week, until each examination is written. Parents are encouraged to register their children/wards as Computer Based Test is also available.

SCHOOL FEES: Operation show your evidence of FEES PAYMENT (TELLERS) at the gate, before you are allowed into the school. Stay at home if this requirement has not been meant.

ENTREPRENEUR CLASSES: These classes are suspended for every 2nd terms forthwith, for the following reasons:

  1. Series of examinations (internal and external) are written in this Term;
  2. Students’ apathy to participation in the classes;
  3. Focus more on coverage of subjects’ scheme of work, for good success in our examinations.
  4. Also, experience has shown that commencement of WASSCE is now March instead of May yearly.
